Zapata County ISD Family,
Our district is eligible to receive one-time federal funds through the Elementary and Secondary School Education Relief (ESSER) III, which is part of the American Rescue Plan. The intent and purpose of ESSER III funding is to help safely reopen schools, sustain the safe operation of schools, and address the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on students.
We would appreciate your input on how to utilize the funds to best meet the needs of Zapata County ISD students, families, and staff.

Nuestro distrito es elegible para recibir fondos federales por única vez a través del Programa de Ayuda a la Educación de Escuelas Primarias y Secundarias (ESSER) III, que es parte del Plan de Rescate Estadounidense.
